This 50-year old company keeps their clients’ forklift trucks, shipping departments, and distributions centers moving. Several Fortune 100 companies allow Combat to service their entire fleet. The company is based in Mississauga, Canada.
Need
Combat sought to demonstrate its innovative service policies and customer-focused approach. While a few of its differentiators were known, many were overlooked in its day-to-day operations. The initial generic website, built 5 years ago, failed to support the company’s sales efforts.
Solution
StrategiContent’s Professional Marketing Interview identified details that both strengthened and supported Combat’s marketing message. Areas of unrealized expertise and niche offerings were uncovered, leading to a new revenue stream.
A tagline for the website, “Profit from our Experience” was coined. Existing and new clients find the site informative and easy to navigate. StrategiContent was also hired to create referral letters, the corporate brochure, and a training poster.
